Lenovo G570 Review

Building exterior G570 does not differ that much before the G560 model. G570 is a simple design, molded plastic cover glossy screen through the plastic and brushed aluminum, the entire top of the frame around the keyboard. Li-ion battery, this unit weighs just under 6 pounds and measures about 1.5 "thick, which makes it feasible to travel light.

Although almost entirely of plastic, overall build quality feels very good and very solid. Is minimal flex when pressed on the palmrests, but because of the brushed aluminum is not significant, aluminum also helps to keep the area where the palms and hands resting calmly, even when the notebook is under pressure . The laptop is not as durable as it could be due to the plastic construction. The lower panels of plastic can hold up to the end on your desktop, if you are not a great traveler.

The chassis itself is solid, when a voltage is applied to the keyboard many are not only very flexible. With a kind of high pressure can not cause problems in the chassis flex or "bounce" refers to.

Because of its glossy, dark hood comes naturally to collect fingerprints, dust, dirt, and so on, so be aware that this laptop can be a great service. Glossy cover is to add a touch of style, but otherwise simple. The lid is also easy to be flexible, provided that no amount of pressure applied, and when you fold the corners inward, so that the waves do not appear on the LCD screen. Overall, the build quality is good, my only complaint is the average build quality glossy cover.

Ports and Features

The port selection has not changed much since the G560. It is no longer an ExpressCard/34 slot, and there are two more USB 2.0 ports. The overall selection is very good for laptop use entry-level/general. Among other things, there's an HDMI port for connecting the system to an HDTV, lots of USB ports (USB 3.0, although no), a media card reader, and VGA.
