In recent years, the HP EliteBook have distinguished themselves in the professional world with an exterior design with brushed metal casing and rugged internal structure of magnesium alloy. In summary, the EliteBooks fresh look and are robust. The latest generation of HP EliteBook is the estate beyond what HP calls its design philosophy of "The Forge". FORGE is actually an acronym for the words, "Shape optimization, rich, green and sustainable." If you want to keep in mind that marketing fluff a moment, what HP is trying to say is that these books are elegant, offering excellent performance, delivering high print quality, provide effective management of power for life battery, and very well built to withstand the rigors of the company.
They may seem bold claims, but based on what we saw in the previous generation of elite books, these marketing claims is a very real basis in reality.

One of the first things you notice when you pick up the new 15-inch EliteBook 8560p is a notebook that feels like it is made of very thick pieces of aluminum. You do not know, "flex", which is usually more convenient to see the portable plastic. Notebook 8560p comes with a fully refurbished HP DuraCase that meets MIL-STD-8710G-standard military test specifications, so that these notebooks are more resistant to wear a typical laptop. Despite the solid construction of this laptop should be easy to carry because of the weight from just over six pounds.
Six pounds may sound like a heavy 15-inch laptop when there are many 17-inch consumer laptop, which tip the scales at about the same weight. So, I challenge anyone to build a metal coated with a high-end business notebook CPU, dedicated graphics and built-in optical drive, which weighs less than five pounds. A pound or so will all the weight of metal armor that covers the laptop.
